About HireIQ

We build hiring software for teams who hire for themselves.

What we believe

The largest available improvement in most companies' hiring is not better sourcing or a slicker careers page. It is the interviews themselves — which are almost always run by people who were never trained to run them, and which nobody has ever been able to observe or improve.

So we built the product around the interview: preparing it, capturing it, learning from it, and giving the person who ran it honest feedback afterwards. Every interview should make the next one better.

Who we build for

In-house talent teams, founders who still hire, and hiring managers running loops alongside a full-time job — typically at companies between 20 and 500 people. We are explicit about who we are not for: recruitment agencies, high-volume hourly hiring, and enterprises needing deep HRIS integration are all better served elsewhere.

There are several companies called HireIQ

We are hireiq.ai, operated by The Hopium Lab Ltd. We are not HireIQ Solutions Inc. (the US call-centre screening vendor acquired by Verint), not the finance and accountancy recruitment agency operating in Northern Ireland, and not thehireiq.com (interview preparation for job seekers). We sell software to employers who hire for themselves.
