A pipeline you run the meeting from

Most pipeline views are a record of decisions made elsewhere. This one is where the decisions get made.

HireIQ's hiring pipeline is a drag-and-drop board of every candidate by stage. It is built to be driven live in a debrief: pull it up, work through each candidate with the analysis alongside, and move them to the next stage or out of the process as you decide.

The difference between recording and deciding

In most tools the pipeline is updated after the fact by whoever remembers. Decisions get made in a meeting, then someone spends twenty minutes on Thursday reflecting them in the system — or does not, and the board drifts out of date until nobody trusts it.

If the board is the thing you look at during the meeting, it cannot drift.

How teams use it

  • Open the pipeline at the start of the weekly hiring meeting
  • Work column by column; open analysis or comparison where the decision is close
  • Drag to advance or reject as each decision is made
  • Leave the meeting with the board accurate and actions assigned

Stage changes keep the rest of the system in sync

Moving a candidate updates the job status, triggers the notifications your team expects, and tells the AI which stage the next set of interview questions should target.

Common questions

Can we customise the stages?

Yes. Most teams run screen, interview, final and offer, but the stages are yours to define.

Can several people use it at once?

Yes — it is designed to be on screen in a meeting with the team working through it together.
