Common questions
Are the questions the same for every company?
No. They come from your job description and your previous interviews with that specific candidate, so two companies hiring the same title get different questions.
Do I have to use the questions it generates?
No. They are a prepared starting point. Most interviewers use some, adapt others, and follow the conversation where it goes.
Does it work if we have not recorded previous interviews?
Yes — it will generate from the role alone. It gets noticeably better once there is at least one transcript to build on.
