Interview intelligence

Interview intelligence is software that records, transcribes and analyses job interviews to produce structured notes, surface evidence about candidates, and give feedback on how the interview was conducted. It turns an unobservable conversation into reviewable data.

The category emerged because interviews were the last completely opaque part of hiring. Recruiters could measure sourcing, conversion and time to hire, but had no visibility into what actually happened in the room — which is where the decision gets made.

Capability varies widely. Some products stop at transcription and summary; others map answers to scorecard competencies, flag inconsistency between interviewers, or coach the interviewer on technique such as talk ratio and follow-up discipline.
